highest quality seed corn. We grow all of the seed ourselves in a 10 mile
radius which insures constant attention to detail. We use GPS to maximize
our spray coverage; we use the newest Byron sweet corn harvesters to
ensure gentle handling of all our seed, as well as a sortex color sorter to
enhance our conditioning facility. These are only a few details that we do to
ensure perfect seed quality.
UNIQUE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT – With our creative sizing technique
and unique production structure, we offer help in managing your inventory.
We are capable to size every lot differently, which means we can structure
our sizing methods to fit specific weight ranges and/or to fit specific grade
sizes. Being able to size each lot differently means we can minimize
inventory by reducing grade sizes, we also can structure our growing
contracts to produce extra seed without purchase until the following year,
which also helps inventory management.
CUSTOM PACKAGING – We are capable to package your product in any
container you choose, whether it be paper bags, bulk bags, or seed boxes.
We use no automation in our packaging line so each bag is hand hung,
sewed and stacked by individuals which inspect each package to insure
perfection. Each bulk container is securely locked from tampering and each
pallet of paper bags is stacked perfect. We are very flexible and can fulfill
any request you may have in packaging your product.
COLD STORAGE – Our facility is equipped with cold storage warehouses
which maintain the seed at its equilibrium, which is vital part of prolonging
germination in carryover product. Shortly after the 1st of each year we move
all carryover products to our cold storage so every grain is in a stable
environment before the temperatures begin to increase.
TAILORED SERVICES – We offer individualized services to fit any of your
needs. We have the ability to treat corn with any fungicide or insecticide,
whether it is Maxium or Captan, Poncho or Cruiser, as well as low or high
rates. We also offer custom labeling services, such as unique tag creation,
and a variety of specialized bag printing options. With our extensive
knowledge of the industry and our creative ideas we can help tailor your
product to be unique at the same time more profitable.

Use us to create specific orders and ship directly from our warehouses to a
certain destinations. We will locate specific products and reorganize pallets

ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIONALITY – We conduct each transaction in the
utmost integrity and absolute CONFIDENTIONALITY. We take every
precaution necessary to protect our client’s resources from any outside
intelligence. We offer private storage for all unused bags, tags and pallets;
we also operate a private loading dock with locked doors and a telephone to
communicate with. We operate with a call ahead shipping policy so when
each truck arrives at the private loading dock there is only one load visible.

All of our seed corn is sprayed with an herbicide, fungicide, and insecticide to help insure perfect quality to every kernel. -- Our benchmarks are reached every year and are consistently higher than the industry standard with less than 1% of selfs and outcrosses. --We pick every ear with new Byron sweet corn harvesters to ensure the gentlest handling possible. --We dry our seed corn in 2, high volume, low temperature, double pass dryers which are the best dryers to preserve the germination of every kernel. --All of our seed corn is cleaned twice by a scalper and color sorted before it is ever on the gravity, which increases the effectiveness of each gravity. --Our seed corn is aspirated at every location to maximize our dust collection, so our seed is free of dust. --Every bag is triple checked for perfection, and every skid is stacked perfectly square and level to insure all warehouse space is used to its fullest potential. --We produce all of our corn ourselves and is all grown within a 10 mile radius which insures constant attention to detail.
